This home features an incredible cliff-side view of the Caribbean Sea from the Living Room. The design challenge was to also provide a large TV in the space space for sports and movies. The solution, of course, is a TV that pops out from the floor! This requires excavating a 9' deep pit in the middle of the (existing) home, laying in the concrete framework, and installing a custom made marine-grade mechanical TV lift. ASC excels at designing solutions that work for sticky problems like this.

In addition to the Living Room TV, ASC installed a TV that pops from a cabinet in the Master Bedroom. Additional systems include wifi (works everywhere), distributed music (to seven zones) and an IP phone system. A simple wall-mounted equipment rack provides control for the entire home.
