This is the most advanced house in the eastern Caribbean. ASC designed a full smarthome with lighting control, blind control, distributed music, distributed video, a 5.1 surround sound room and a massive 7.2 surround sound 3D movie theater. Attention was paid towards choosing materials and systems that could withstand the harsh sea-air from the (very) nearby Caribbean sea.
